At D3D we only collect and process data that is required for our software applications to function. D3D does not move this data off your devices unless it is needed for the application to function (a' la' certain cloud-based functions). Examples include but are not limited to user ID, hardware ID, location, audio, and video data.

The data that D3D collects is processed on the device itself or inside of the device’s platform services. Examples include but are not limited to user verification, purchase confirmation, user login, game statistics, voice recognition and manipulation, and leaderboards.

How can you request the deletion of your data?
Since your data is already on your device, you can delete it at any time. Simply follow the steps for your device for deleting any stored application specific data. Additionally, for any data that is stored on platform services, it can be deleted by requesting deletion from those parties responsible. You may make a request to D3D at any time to request deletion of any data that we are in control of. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any such requests.

All software published by D3D LLC is subject to the platform of publishment's terms and conditions unless explicitely provided to you during the development of the application. All software is supported until end-of-life support ends, typically no less than one year, but is assigned uniquely to each software.
